30-day returns

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on our products. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products in new or slightly used condition within 30 days of receiving your order. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return an item

Contact ana@kiwiglow.com to request a return and receive the return address and instructions. Returns are sent by mail. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping label and postage. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can help resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. You may return an eligible item for a refund and place a separate order for another product.

Refunds

We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. Please contact ana@kiwiglow.com if you need help with a refund.

Order cancellations

You may cancel your online order without penalty within 48 hours of placing it, provided it has not shipped. To request cancellation, email ana@kiwiglow.com. Once your order has shipped, our return policy applies.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
